I love little books, in fact I love ALL books! But this little one is so cute and fun! It's just 3 5/8" tall and about 2 1/2" wide. You could write some fun notes inside and attach it to a special gift.
I used Eileen Hull's Needle Book die to make this and the idea was to put a piece of fabric inside and store sewing needles in it. But I decided to go in another direction, so I cut some tiny pages 4 1/4" x 3 5/8", and folded them in half to fit inside.
To secure the pages in the book, I used my Big Bite to punch two holes in the fold of the paper and in the book cover. Then I threaded a piece of seam binding through the holes and tied a pretty bow on the outside.
On the front, I just added a design paper layer and topped that with a sticker from the collection. I added tiny magnets to the srap band for a closure.
To secure the closure band to the back of the book, I used an eyelet.
Quick, fun, easy! Yep that's how projects need to be this time of the year!
