Eileen Hull Designs by Sizzix only at Scrapbook.com

Introducing a new die collection designed just for scrapbook.com! You will find lots of ways to use these dies whether you like making cards, journals or home decor. Each die coordinates with the set but also stands alone, giving you good value! There are 4 die sets in this collection and you can see them all below.

The Card Caddy is a ScoreBoards die, specially designed to cut and score thick material like matboard, chipboard, leather, felt and fabric, creating a sturdy base for other coordinating dies in the collection. The Caddy assembles in minutes. Use the die to create a card box, container for food gifts, holiday packaging or stationery, art journal, planners and cards- all this from one die!

Take a look at this card caddy I made with P13 Hello Autumn papers.  I covered matboard with brown cardstock and then cut the box with Eileen's Scoreboard Card Caddy Die.  Next I cut insets for the front and back using the new Starlit Village thinlits die set. I find it easier to begin my Scoreboard projects with solid color cardstock covering my matboard and then adding decorative papers after assembly. But  with scalloped edges like on the Card Caddy, that can be a challenge so it's so great that Starlit Village has a die that matches the Card Caddy Scoreboard die perfectly!

Of course I needed some cards  for my card caddy!

Each of the three coordinating Thinlits sets fit perfectly on the box- cover with paper or fabric and create a special box of cards for yourself, friends or family! I used a die from Everyday Tags and Labels on the front of my card caddies.

Everyday Tags & Labels includes 13 dies: labels, tags, snowflake, flowers, and stars- everything you need throughout the year to add to gifts, cards, tags and journals!

The Floral Silhouettes die has 12 elements: floral borders and swag, individual layering flowers and centers and delicate foliage. Make the flowers in layers, or cut from watercolor paper and paint each flower by hand! Flowers work on everything and these are the cutest shapes!

The Starlit Village & Card Panel die set comes with ten dies: two rows of small houses, individual houses, moon, star cluster and Warm Wishes sentiment. These dies make a gorgeous Christmas village- or paint a pastel row to make beach cottages- it’s all up to you!

I used all three thinlits sets combining different dies to make these cards.

The houses in the Starlit Village layer so nicely on top of each other!  Notice the embossed keys background that I did with the newly released keys 3D embossing folder on this card.

Another Card Caddy with a Christmas theme this time.  I know this will come in handy!

Some simple Christmas gift tags created with the Everyday Tags and Labels die set.

These dies are only available at scrapbook.com so buy while they still have some!

New Sizzix Chapter 3 Dies from Eileen Hull Designs

Woo-hoo!  Time for another fabulous release from Eileen Hull Designs by Sizzix.  You are going to love this release!

The Bigz Plus Slotted Treat Box measures 6 1/2” x 5” x 3 1/2” and can hold so many things- a set of cards, journals, doll clothes, ephemera storage or you can even use it as a gift box! This is a Scoreboards die which is specially designed to cut and score thick material like matboard, chipboard, leather, felt, fabric and metal. *A 9” wide machine is required to cut this die.

I decided to turn the Slotted Treat Box into a piggy bank!  I think any kid would love this and its cuteness would make you want to "feed" it money!

The Envelope, Folder & Flowers Thinlits dies is made up of nine dies- an adorable mini envelope, file folder, set of small, medium and large hearts, and a large and small flower and leaf set. This die set will be perfect to create ephemera using your scraps!

The Keys 3D Embossing Folder is special to Eileen as the keys all came from her Dad’s house. The names on the keys had to be removed because of possible copyright issues, but I love the idea of stamping or writing words on them. The detail on this is beautiful and adding Luster Wax will really make the design pop!

I used the hearts from the Envelope, Folder & Flowers Thinlits dies and the Keys embossing folder to make this card.  I used the Keys embossing folder on a strip of black cardstock and then rubbed over the raised embossing with gold Sizzix luster wax to make the keys pop.   I die-cut 3 different sized hearts from the Envelope, Folder & Flowers Thinlits die-set and added some faux stitching. Oh yes, the corners are also from the embossed keys and they were cut with the XL Slotted Treat Box die.

Here's another card featuring the Keys 3D Embossing Folder but it is also hiding a secret.  Check back later this month to see what else is coming from Eileen!  I used Core'dinations cardstock to emboss the keys and then sanded the embossed keys to make the keys stand out.

The Field Notes and Specimen Card die is a Bigz XL die that holds 5” x 7” pages or photos- a new orientation! The Specimen Card may be used to hold photos, as a journaling card or a shaker. Holes are pre-cut into the book spine which is adjustable from 1/2” to 1 1/2 in width. *XL Cutting Pads will be needed to cut the book cover.
Anything that I can turn into a mini album is always near and dear to my heart!  The Field Notes and Specimen Card die certainly fits the bill! There's lots of journal fodder using the Envelope, Folder & Flowers Thinlits dies inside this journal and I'll share that with you later in the month.

Come join in our blog hop; our designers have lots of inspiration to share with you. There’s a giveaway too! Comment in the Facebook and YouTube streams and tell us which is your new favorite die or folder and what you would make with it. You have until July 18th to post your comments. It starts on Eileen's page:
