Need a quick but inexpensive
way to dress up your Thanksgiving table?
Take a look at my Snapguide tutorial to make some quick napkin rings and
placecards for your table. Use the
placecard to print your menu or write a personal message to your guest. I decided to add a Thanksgiving Prayer to my
placecards.
Tips: To keep these low budget, utilize scraps to
make these, but be sure to choose scraps that color coordinate. To make these quickly, take the assembly line
approach and complete each step for all the pieces before moving on to the next
step.
Here's the text of the Thanksgiving Prayer if you'd like to use it:
Our Father in Heaven,
We give thanks for the pleasure
Of gathering together for this occasion.
We give thanks for this food
Prepared by loving hands.
We give thanks for life,
The freedom to enjoy it all
And all other blessings.
As we partake of this food,
We pray for health and strength
To carry on and try to live as
You would have us.
This we ask in the name of Christ,
Our Heavenly Father.
